Report an incorrect rate
This is the message we most want to receive. Send the page URL, which figure is wrong, and the source showing the correct one if you have it — usually the institution's own rate disclosure. We check it against our source, fix it, and reply to tell you what changed.
hello@rateintelusa.com — put “correction” in the subject line and it gets triaged first.
Add a bank, credit union or product
We do not track every institution in the country. If yours is missing, send the name and a link to the published rate disclosure. We only add products whose terms we can verify against a primary source, as described in our methodology.
Partnerships and data licensing
For affiliate arrangements, advertising, or licensing our rate data, write to hello@rateintelusa.com. Before you do, read the advertiser disclosure and the editorial policy: commercial relationships do not affect rankings, ratings or inclusion, and we will not enter one that requires otherwise.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of the personal information we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to hello@rateintelusa.com. We verify requests before acting on them. See the privacy policy for what we hold and why.
Press
Journalists working to a deadline should say so in the subject line. We can provide rate data, historical series and comment on deposit and mortgage rate movements.
What we cannot help with
We are not a bank and have no access to any account you hold. We cannot check a balance, reset a password, chase a transfer, resolve a dispute, or tell you why an application was declined — for any of those you need the institution directly. We also cannot give personalised financial advice; see the terms of use.
